Our client is seeking, due to promotion a Senior Admin Partner / Travel Administrator who will provide support to ensure efficiency of management with administrative duties for marketing, events, and coordinating travel processes including process development. In addition, the Senior Admin Partner / Travel Administrator will develop relationships with vendors and maintain corporate travel policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide Administrative support / assistance staff (28), ensure efficiency of management, advise/direct new employees and overseeing ordering / purchasing office supplies.
  • Administer Travel processes to support management efficiency; develop and maintain corporate travel policy, negotiate car rental contracts, act as a Liaison between CWT & BC, make site visits to hotels, negotiate hotel rates yearly and weekly teleconference with CWT.
  • Plan and host business meetings and events to support customer relationships and Leadership interactions - Arrange off-site meetings, arrange meetings/lunches, plan/arrange/host customer outings, visit potential customer outing sites and plan/arrange/host employee luncheons or dinners.
  • Provide Administrative support specific to travel and expense reporting - resolve travel related issues for employees, maintain and distribute airline reward programs, resolve disputed charges, assist employees in using CWT with making travel arrangements, set up new traveler profiles for Interviewees, process Expense Reports and Process Passport/Visa Applications.
  • Monitor Travel Security to ensure the safe return of business travelers - monitor travelers in high-risk areas, assist stranded travelers, assist travelers in emergency evacuations and monitor email for emergencies.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Associate degree
  • 3-5 years’ prior experience in related industry and knowledgeable of various travel providers
  • Strong Communications skills – writing, speaking, data entry and the ability to work with and communicate with all levels of employees, in addition to having strong negotiating skills
