Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist (Sr. H.R. Generalist) – who will be responsible for the daily administration of policies and Generalist Human Resources related processes which include – oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and community outreach as it relates to new hires and existing employees.


Job Requirements:


  • B.S. degree in Psychology, English, H.R. or another Business-related field –(B.S. degree in other fields is acceptable if the candidate has 10 or more years of experience in an H.R. related field.)
  • 10 or more years of experience (preferably in a manufacturing-based Human Resources.)
  • Advanced administrative skills will be required (typing, filing & record keeping) –
  • People Soft Proficiency: Input/Report Generation and Training when necessary.
  • Proficient in ADP WorkforceNow, Exceptional organization skills, Proficient in Micro Soft Suite:  Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook. Exceptional  Written & Verbal Skills 
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and navigate in a corporate environment. Ability to work with multiple cultures and national origins. Ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to gain credibility, reliability and trust within a corporate environment while simultaneously reaching solutions. Must be able to excel in a mature, independent work environment (part office and part home schedule). 
  • Minimal travel requirements. Will be able to work a hybrid schedule; however, there will be periods when office time will be required.
  • As needed, this role will support the H.R. function at the three (3) North American manufacturing sites.
