Position

  • Employee will develop and execute the firm's nationwide strategy in the chemical surfactant space
  • This person will especially focus on the personal care space, but will also call on customer in other industries like food manufacturing and CASE
  • Jointly call on customers with sales and develop business relationships at multiple levels at various customer locations
  • Provide technical expertise to existing and prospective customers
  • Develop marketing and training material for customers and sales personnel
  • Company has a generous 401(k) match and grants each employee shares in the firm annually
  • Significant overnight travel is required -- approximately 50%
  • Employee can choose to work out of a local office or out of their home office


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least ten years sales/marketing experience in chemical surfactants is required
  • Chemical distribution experience is highly preferred
  • Candidate must be technically proficient in a variety of applications that use surfactant chemistry
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written & verbal communication skills are required
  • Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment that demands collaboration
