Technical Sales Representative in the Midwest

KNOWLEDGE OF THE CHEMICAL, PAINT, AND COATINGS INDUSTRY IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH SALES EXPERIENCE IN AN INDUSTRIAL FIELD (NOT RETAIL).


Responsibilities:

  • Presenting, promoting, and selling our products using solid arguments to prospective customers in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. 
  • Option to work from home.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales is required. 
  • References will be requested. 


It is expected that you have the ability to perform the following:

  • Cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs, establish.
  • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Provide management personnel with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
