Nuestro cliente busca un Manager de TikTok & TikTok Shop con experiencia, mentalidad creativa y un fuerte enfoque en performance. Esta persona será responsable de escalar la presencia de la marca en TikTok a través de anuncios pagados, estrategia orgánica, contenido con creadores/influencers y la operación completa de TikTok Shop. El objetivo principal es convertir TikTok en un canal clave de ingresos y gestionar TikTok Shop de forma integral: estrategia, ejecución y relaciones con creadores.

 

Responsabilidades

 

Estrategia y Crecimiento

  • Desarrollar y liderar una estrategia completa de TikTok que incluya Paid Ads, TikTok Shop, alianzas con creadores, contenido de afiliados y presencia orgánica.
  • Mantener una visión actualizada de tendencias, formatos y comportamientos virales para garantizar contenido competitivo.

Operación de TikTok Shop

  • Gestionar todas las operaciones de TikTok Shop: optimización del storefront, configuración de productos, precios, promociones y Creator Marketplace.
  • Supervisar el rendimiento diario y optimizar continuamente.

TikTok Paid

  • Gestionar campañas publicitarias de inicio a fin, alcanzando CPAs eficientes y crecimiento rentable.
  • Administrar presupuestos de anuncios, promociones, alianzas y pruebas.

Alianzas con Creadores

  • Identificar, incorporar y gestionar creadores y afiliados para escalar conversiones en TikTok Shop y contenido UGC.
  • Trabajar con creadores y el equipo creativo para desarrollar contenido de video corto alineado con el algoritmo.

Performance & Analytics

  • Analizar métricas diariamente, ejecutar pruebas rápidas y ajustar tácticas en tiempo real.
  • Establecer reportes claros con insights y recomendaciones para liderazgo.

Colaboración Interna

  • Coordinar con equipos de Social, Creativo, Operaciones y Marketing para asegurar alineación en campañas y objetivos.

Requisitos

  • 4–6+ años de experiencia gestionando TikTok Ads, contenido orgánico y/o TikTok Shop para marcas DTC/eCommerce.
  • Historial comprobado escalando ingresos desde TikTok Shop.
  • Experiencia sólida con alianzas de creadores, UGC y programas de afiliados.
  • Perfil altamente creativo y profundo entendimiento de la cultura TikTok, sus tendencias y formatos.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y dominio de TikTok Ads Manager y analítica de TikTok Shop.
  • Persona autónoma, capaz de gestionar TikTok de manera completa in-house.
  • Enfoque ágil, innovador(a) y colaborativo(a).
