Requirements 

  • Provides leadership, direction, and oversight of operations for the department and endoscopy lab
  • Plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing business analytics and improvement methodologies for multifaceted entities within a large tertiary teaching medical center
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge and a deep understanding of competitive industry dynamics, customer requirements, financial implications, and market trends
  • Maintains expertise in process improvement models and methodologies to optimize performance excellence
  • Requires a comprehensive grasp of healthcare financing and delivery, with the capacity for strategic thinking and the development of innovative solutions for complex challenges
  • Leads and builds good relationships with doctors, finance experts, and top leaders
  • Performs other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Master's in healthcare field, administration or business, required 
  • 5 years of perioperative experience required
  • 5 years of leadership experience required
  • CA RN License preferred
