Our client is one of the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firms.  

 

An amazing opportunity, due to unprecedented growth in their Private Equity division, we are searching for VP/Senior Client Services Manager to lead a team of 15+ people (support people such as AE’s, AM’s, AA’s) in the Southeast. 

 

This VP will manage P&L of the department, have oversight of the entire team and be involved in critical strategic initiatives.  Other duties include:

 

  • Talent Development / Career Pathing of all associates
  • Training & Development of staff
  • Recruiting leader for key positions
  • Work-flow, Operational & Technological functions
  • Partnerships and collaboration with internal leaders as well as external partners (Clients, Carriers and outside vendors)
  • In addition to leadership, the Manager will provide key relationship/client management to a few key accounts
