The Plant Facilities Engineering Manager will be responsible for a team of professionals with maintenance and engineering experience and be responsible for planning, directing and managing the facility including production equipment, capital projects, maintenance projects, facilities and infrastructure, and work with external contractors to complete major projects on time and budget. The role will be responsible for prioritizing projects, establishing operational procedures, developing and maintaining budgets, develop best practices and lead personnel to maintain safety, budgetary and timelines.
The Plant Facilities Engineering Manager will manage major projects, oversee CAPEX, Lead Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing activities for the department. The position will be responsible for identifying and leading projects and plant improvements to support the business growth, facilities expansion and sustainability.
These are specific requirements for consideration
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mandatory
- 6 years of experience as a Plant Facilities Engineeing Manager leading projects
- CAPEX and Maintenance Experience
- Lean or World Class Manufacturing Experience
- Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills
- Root Cause Analysis
- Experience completing large multi million dollar projects.
