Standard Management (Manager/Supervisor of Staff)
Develop and review and update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals
Train new associates and monitor process and steps for quality output
Establish and monitor process non-conformance reports and customer complaints to an effective and productive resolution
Able to understand customer non-conformance complaints and financial impacts to organization
Review incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual inspection and tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials/goods
Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Communicate accurate, thorough, and timely information regarding quality or quality- related information to appropriate personnel. Analyze data, draw appropriate conclusions and distribute professional reports to Management and to customers as necessary
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience and 5 years’ experience as a quality manager
Ability to troubleshoot and work with external clients and internal stakeholders is a must
Flexible, adaptive and team player
Strong organizational skills
Deals well with ambiguity.
Collaborative with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
