  • Measure & Master: Continuously assess product quality, operator efficiency, and material costs. Where gaps exist, take decisive action to elevate standards and achieve goals.
  • Be a Problem-Solving Pioneer: Lead the charge in identifying and resolving quality issues, ensuring they don’t just get fixed—they never happen again.
  • Champion Company Culture: Interpret and enforce company policies with a focus on safety, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment for all.
  • Shape the Future: Recommend and initiate personnel actions, from promotions to training opportunities, ensuring your team grows and thrives.
  • Mentor New Talent: Take new employees under your wing, guiding them as they embark on their journey with us.
  • Drive Success: Meet and exceed production schedules and quality targets by effectively managing equipment, materials, processes, and people.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in electronic manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and technical skills

Training Requirements:

  • ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Training
  • Hazard Communication Training
  • On-the-job training and any additional training required by our valued customers
