Bookkeeper/Controller

Siempelkamp US Holding is the North American representation of US based Group Companies for the Siempelkamp Group, located in Germany. Under the umbrella of Siempelkamp US Holding, seven (7) companies, including

Siempelkamp LP, are organized at various locations. We are looking for our client for a

Bookkeeper / Controller, who directly reports to the VP Finance of the US Company. This opportunity is in

Marietta, GA and is an in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for accounting, controlling, liquidity management and reporting to Management

- On-time preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly intercompany consolidation reporting and forecasting packages and annual

financial statements - Tax preparation support to external tax preparation company

- Annual audit support to external auditing company - Intercompany Balance reconciliation

- Bank reconciliation - Accounts payable / receivable

- Maintain company Insurance coverage - Payroll responsibility

Qualifications

- Master of Accounting or in related fields - CPA certification

- 5+ year relevant work experience in similar business fields and in an executive position

- Analytical, structural and self-guided work approach, with high reliability of the work performed

- Proficient with ERP software - Firm knowledge of accounting rules and standards

- Knowledge of tax regulations - Experience with internationally operating companies preferred

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language - Good computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

including Word, Excel (pivot tables and v-lookup) and Outlook
