*A minimum of 8-10 years of sales and marketing management experience with an Engineered Products manufacturer
*A highly successful background in strategic account development ideally in the AUTOMOTIVE world
*The demonstrated ability to properly lead and motivate a Global sales team
*A relentless internal fire to set high goals along with a sound plan for achievement
*Exceptional communication skills with a commanding presence
*A minimum of a BA/BS degree with an MBA preferred
*The ability to travel 30-50% both domestically and internationally
