Small food processing plant that is a division of a national food co that has over 15 plants in the US. The plant employs around 75 people and runs two lines on one shift. The co packages specialty food products a a leader in their industry. The position will be first shift and report to the maintenance manager and supervise four techs. The co is expecting the supervisor to move into the manager position in a short period.
The manager needs a hands on supervisor who has two or more years experience as manager or supervisor in the food packaging industry. Must have experience in training, PM procedures, scheduling and plant safety regulations.
