In this role, you'll take charge of supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. Clinic Details

  • 60 patient census per/day
  • 2 physicians and 3 APP
  • 25 Clinic FTEs in Cardiac Clinic and Cardiac Rehab
  • Oversight of Cardiac Rehab facility

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, required.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Clinical Services, Physician Practices, Outpatient services, Family Health Services or Urgent Care,
  • Experience working in a cardiology clinic strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in Rural Health facilities strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Cerner EMR, preferred.
  • Financial Acuity with regards to managing clinic budgets.
  • Knowledge of Clinical office procedures, CPT codes, Oversite of Budgets
  • Communication skills both written & verbal.
